Do you remove stains?
Oil and other non-water based stains soaked into concrete need to be addressed at the time of the spill. Old stains can be lightened but not removed. Rust stains can be removed.
Is my estimate all inclusive?
Unfortunately no. Our estimates are exactly that, estimates. Our estimates are based on aerial images of your property. Things that may affect price adjustments include severity of damage, stain type and frequency,
etc.
How long will the clean last?
Every property is different but expect your clean to last between 12-18 months.
We recommend a 12- 18 month cleaning cycle. Typically mainentance cleanings are cheaper and faster than the initial cleaning.
